Hey guys, so i just graduated last year, and started work immediately after. it’s been about a year at this embedded SWE job. but i got an interview for a job that requires 3+ years of experience on the job description. Has this happened to anyone? is the likelihood of me getting the job a lot lower? don’t know why they’d even give me an interview, just a little confused because i dont think there is a shortage of embedded engineers.
