I used the Flow 2 I purchased a total of 6 times, and now it fails to connect to the dock, being now useless for mopping and soon for vacuuming since it doesn't charge anymore either.
Are there any fixes for this ?

Just purchased a Narwal Flow 2, and after a couple times running it I noticed that it wasn't cleaning everywhere.
In fact, it doesn't clean half my kitchen.
It is avoiding the circled zones that I assume have been misread as "no-go zones" during first mapping. How can I correct this issue ?
I purchased a fairphone 6, 6 weeks ago, and 1 month in the phone didn't charge anymore, totally out of the blue. Tried to change the usb-c module, restarting and doing a factory reset, eventually had to send it back and they had to change the whole board, according to the retailer.
So I had it back and yesterday, one week later, here it goes again ! The repaired phone doesn't charge anymore.
Does anyone had the same issue ? Is there a fix for this or something I should check if it damages the phone without me knowing ?
