The students don’t stand a chance in a broken system when educated men and women of all races bully each other. The tenured teachers get away with abuse of power over non verbal students as paraprofessionals have to choose sides so they don’t get the blame when a student goes home with marks and bruises from teachers. Dropping the ball on services, setting new teachers up for failure, and intentionally loosing students on purpose to get non-tenured teachers fired. What are your experiences working for the DOE?
