22F- Am I in a good start to cut or maintain?

My goal is to look shredded but not bulky. Should I recomp by maintaining or cut?

Also I've been in the gym for 3 years.

Hi. I started something for myself called project 2:22 (it has a backstory). The goal is to reach my fullest potential in every aspect:

-Run 4 times a week (I have a half marathon 31st May)

-Lift 5 times a week.

-Boxing at least 2 times a week

-Good diet

-Starting to build my clothing brand.

How to support?

-Set our day goal and check in at the end of the day. Keep in mind I work evenings (4pm-midnight)

-Share anecdotes. Where our mind is at. Mental health.

-Encouragement/opinions.

-some pictures here and there

And I need someone who doesn't mind late replies. I'd bet we'll both be busy reaching our goals.The love of sharing the journey is the point. 

I want a structured, disciplined, growth-oriented partnership dynamic.
