Hey,

We're working on Stepwisely (http://stepwisely.app) - a mimalist todo app built specifically for ADHD executive dysfunction and task paralysis

Core idea: AI breaks your tasks into actually-startable steps, with a time estimate. A focus window pins the current step on top of every other window so you don't forget about it. The timer in the window then helps with time blindness. There are also built-in strategies you can apply to a task. The app is quite minimal to be as little overwhelming as possible.

Where I want to take it:
-A community strategy hub where people share their own ADHD strategies (prompts, tasks, suggestions) - you will be able to add them to the app and use them to modify your task list.
-Eventually, we'll build a proactive AI coach-style assistant that nudges you through your workflow.

It works, but isn't polished. However, the pace is fast and the app gets updated every other day. So don't miss out and check it out. I would genuinely value feedback - does it actually help you? Thank you so much!

Hey r/SideProject 👋

We're working on Stepwisely (http://stepwisely.app). It's a todo app built specifically for the neurodivergent task paralysis where you know what you need to do and cannot get yourself to start.

Core idea: AI breaks your tasks into actually-startable steps, with a time estimate. A focus window pins the current step on top of every other window so you don't forget about it. The timer in the window then helps with time blindness. There are also built-in strategies you can apply to a task — different breakdown styles for different kinds of paralysis.

I would genuinely value feedback, especially from someone who is ADHD/neurodivergent - does it actually help you? Thank you!
