I have well documented, chronic spine issues, and I use weed, only ever at home, to help with pain management.
My question is will this prevent me from being considered with larger companies like Allied?
I've searched enough to know it's a meme that they'll take anyone, but I'm looking for a bit more of a concrete answer than that. I've got 10 years managing bar security at relatively busy place if that makes any difference.
Edit: might be helpful to add that it's legal in my state, I know that doesn't affect federal based work not permitting it.
