UAP Overflights During CE-5 Meditation / May 9, 2026 North Seattle
So, for the third day running the weather has inexplicably cleared, providing high visibility after a rainy, overcast day, so again I went out to stargaze and send out my "hellos," etc.
UAP/NHI activity has been sparse this year compared to last, so to be perfectly honest I really wasn't expecting much. In the interest of trying something new, I listened to a guided meditation of a different sort than I am used to, called "Sitting in the Power."
Sitting in the Power is a technique used by mediums. It essentially amounts to activating your inner light, representing your personal consciousness and energy, and expanding it outward to connect or merge with the cosmic level in order to provide a bridge of sorts to facilitate mediumship and connection to the divine.
This method turned out to be extremely minimalist compared to my usual practice, and I really sunk into a deeper trance than I banked on doing. About 3/4 of the way through, I was moved to open my eyes and, sure enough, overhead and a bit to the east, a huge single flare. "Hello," lol.
Five minutes later, I was again prompted to open my eyes, and I had my first visit this year from the "Craft from the West" which visited almost nightly last year and which I've been waiting for and hoping to see again. (I am referring to an extremely luminescent white light that travels in from the west, easily about ten times the brightness of Venus, no blinking, passes overhead slowly, and then proceeds to the east and picks up speed either toward the Cascades or up and out.)
Anyway, here is the guided meditation I used, if you're interested. (Tip: I use the Brave browser for these because it does a good job preventing annoying intrusive advertisements.)
