



Not losing any weight
Hello everyone, im nearly 19 yo 178cm (5"8") and 114kg (251lb) male. Im trying so hard to lose, tracking calories and everything but it just doesnt seem to work.
Im mostly sedatary, walking around 6000-8000 steps a day (4.5km or around 2.5 miles). On weekends i target 10k+ steps. I dont do cardio or anything like that. Just hiking and walking.
I lost some weight from 126kg some time ago, but the scale is stuck on 114 for nearly a week. It jumps from 114.2 to 114.3/5/9 all the time. I dont over eat my limit or drink any flavoured drinks.
What am i doing wrong?
