I've been diagnosed with a bulging l5-s1 disk on my nerve root some of my jelly came out the disk and is killing the nerve, I have unfathomable pain im suppose to go for pt but I've yet to receive a call from anyone I have no insurance and im broke I get financial assistance I've resorted to taking copius amounts of pain pills all across the board and my pain is so insane it hurts right through it all. Sorry for horrid grammar im hurting so bad and no doctor is doing anything to help me and im to broke to go buy a visit just existing hurts badly I can barely take it anymore I threw my back out at work 1 week ago and that amplified my pain x100 please I beg if anyone has tips on relief please help me im hurting badly. Sorry if this is the wrong spot idk what to do anymore .
