Hey guys, I keep getting a notification on Hevy Trainer about a plateau of progress. The theme is always the last exercise of a workout and it's always the one that's designed to be a finisher exercise (12-15 reps). I have not been able to increase the weight on any of these exercises because my muscles are always shot by this point, but I am fairly consistently increasing the weight on the earlier compound exercises.
Is this notification safe to ignore or should I still be doing something to also improve the weight on the finisher exercise as well?
For context I'm doing a 5-day Push/Pull/Legs/Upper/Lower, around 45 mins each workout
