Hi all,
I’m currently in process for an Associate Director – External Manufacturing opportunity with AstraZeneca and was hoping to get some perspective from others in pharma/biotech leadership or procurement/manufacturing functions.
A few things I’m trying to understand better:
• Typical compensation range for Associate Director roles at AstraZeneca
• Whether these roles usually involve direct people management vs cross-functional leadership

I also recently completed the video assessment portion and unintentionally missed one response due to technical issue. Curious whether anyone has had a similar experience during HireVue-style interviews and still progressed through the process.
