I’m 17 and trying to build my first business. The idea is an AI tool that manages online reviews for small businesses — monitors them, drafts replies, and automatically asks happy customers to leave one.
I have no money and no technical skills yet. I’ve built a landing page and waitlist in one day. My plan is to get 100 signups before building anything.
Is this a real problem? Is my approach right? What would you do differently?

I run a small side project helping local businesses and one thing I keep hearing is that owners struggle to keep on top of their reviews — responding to bad ones, getting more good ones etc.
Curious how you all handle it? Do you have a system, or does it just fall through the cracks? And would you pay for something that handled it automatically?
