I’ve been writing a feature just for fun these past few weeks. When I finished the first act, I felt pretty good about myself. I felt like everything was falling in place the way it should. But, I’m finishing up the second act now and I don’t even wanna touch it anymore. I’ve lost a lot of the motivation I had early on.

It’s a problem I always run into and I don’t know how to diagnosis it or cure it. It’s why I don’t finish a lot of my features, halfway through I start feeling like a mess and want to throw it away. Sorry, if I sound scatter brained.

Anyone else have an experience like this? It’s really making writing unfun these days. 🫩
