What's everyone take on this as a second or third item on Vgo

As the title suggests 😅 just got the game and played about 24-48hrs of playtime AND GOD DAM AM I LEGIT CONFUSED AND LOST, ok so let me explain my situation a little bit I'm currently level 8? I think or 9 and I'm playing on survival or whatever the max diff is called AND BOY OH BOY do I get my shii caved in from time to time like the enemies would be a single level higher than me and run me down 😭😭😭, there's SO MANY GOD DAM MISSIONS ON MY MAP like where do even start, from npc missions to missions I found along my Christopher Columbus ahh travels like send help please I CLEARLY don't know what I'm doing but having a good time
