Would it be worth it to grade this Pikachu?

I pulled it from a poster collection. I have never send in any card to PSA because I’ve been paranoid of PSA damaging it but this Pikachu seemed to have no whitening and seemed centered to my eyes but I’m not as knowledgeable as yall. I did notice this whiteish streak on the upper left side. Do you think it can grade a 10?
