Is this accaptable or at least fixable?

Just got a Pedersoli Pennsylvania in .45 from Dixie Gun Works and I'm not too happy about a few things.

  1. Possible corrosion in the barrel

  2. There's a decent gap between the stock and the barrel

3/4. The touchhole is way too high and forward

  1. The flint is touching the very top of the frizzen at half cock

Should I return it or is this fairly normal for Pedersoli? Can I fix this easily?
