Has my MIDI keyboard just bit the dust?
For years I've been using a Casio Privia PX-150 as my midi capable instrument, and it's worked perfectly fine until recently - now my DAW (Reason 12) won't recognise it at all when it used to perfectly well. I've tried using two different cables (one is the one that came with my DDJ-400 DJ Controller, always worked fine, and the other is a longer one I bought from Guitar Center recently, can't remember the brand name but the cable has "USB Shielded High-Speed Cable 2.0 Revision 28AWG/2C+26AWG/2C" written on it), and I've tried connecting it to both my pc and my laptop, which again, always worked fine before. Sound comes out of the keyboard speakers themselves perfectly fine when I play, just not talking to my computers at all. Has it just finally gotten too old? I did get it in 2015, so it wouldn't surprise me, but I don't have a tonne of money to replace it so if there's anything I'm missing, I'd be super grateful for tips.
