


Is testosterone right for me??
I’m 26 years old I weigh 180lbs. I was 145lbs in 2024 only ate twice a day and worked out maybe 3-4 times a week. I’ve been trying to eat 3-4 times a day now and work out a little less I do 2-3 times a week now. I also take these supplements: boron, zinc, magnesium, vitamin d and c, fish oil, and a b12. I’ve been having some problems with energy and everything just feeling tired and sluggish and I got tested I usually do once a year, so went to my men’s wellness clinic in town and these were my results. Idk I feel like I’m making no progress other guys my age seem to be bigger and better when it comes to sports or work etc and I feel small in comparison or just overall weaker. The clinic told me I qualified for trt shots now but in 2024 told me I didn’t. So idk if anyone has any tips on what I could do better but anything is welcomed. Thank you!
