Hello. I live on the 3rd floor of an apartment building. Location is Barcelona in case that is relevant.

I have observed 2 cracks in the floor of our shower; one by the drain and the other coming from one edge toward the center.

I am looking for advice as to whether sealing the cracks is viable, or whether this is something that requires replacement. I want to avoid damage to the building and to ensure our downstairs neighbors don't have to deal with a leak.

PS: that is not a... you-know-what hair in the video. I had just bathed the dog. 😅
