So bought remote engine start through the BMW app, I go to climate controls and there is pre-ventilation but no option for remote engine start even though it's purchased. Nothing in remote software upgrades and nothing in mail. When I try through the app it just says "Climatization is limited to ventilation only because remote engine start is deactivated in your vehicle."
