Hey there

I have the Fellow Ode Gen 1 with the v2 burrs since 2 years now. This morning while grinding, it got jammed. I took the grinder apart, following My Ode is jammed! What do I do? – Fellow Products. There was a bean stuck, after removing it and building it together again, still same SOS sound. I took it apart and even when the movable burr is not installed, I get the SOS. It seems like I can not turn the auger by hand as well (or only in one direction). See Video:
