How does one as a Catholic handle this fear? I’ve been Catholic all my life and I believe that heaven is good. But every night I get panic attacks about eternal life and how nothing will end. It scares me deeply. I can sometimes battle it by just telling myself it’s something an older me can deal with but I know that’s just delaying the inevitable.
