I have a problem with InDesign. When I'm working on my portfolio the colours appear much duller (on the left) than when I export it as a PDF (on the right). The colours don't change when I change the Transparency Blend Space to either RGB or CMYK. Proof colours is turned off which should in theory display them as they are meant to be seen on the screen, but they still appear dull. I was trying different proof setups, but they don't seem quite right (even sRGB IEC61966-2.1). I also tried opening the PDF in different viewers (Adobe Acrobat included) and they all show much more saturated colours. How can I make colours in InDesign consistent with the colours that I get in a PDF?

P.S. Edit > Assign profiles, assigning profile to ASUS_H7606WH_1002_834C415D (probably specific to my laptop) helped to get consistent colours between InDesign and exported PDF. The images still appear more saturated in PDF, but this is already a big improvement.
