I need a catch-up on fanart norms?
To make this absolutely clear first, I have no issues with representation of people of size or anything in media, fanart, etc.
I've been off the sub for a good while but since I started dabbling in side order I decided I'd get back into it, but from what I've seen of fanart between my time gone and the time ive spent back browsing the sub, Marie specifically has received lots of fanart being represented of larger weight, which is fine, representation is good, but why specifically marie? She's always seemed really lean in all official photos and art she's included in, and unless I've just missed all the other arts, why specifically marie? what started this trend? I'd love to know why, I'm deathly curious.
