- About a 5 minute walk to Courthouse Metro (orange/silver lines)
- Easy access to buses
- Quick access to Route 50 and I-66
- Walking distance to groceries, pharmacy, playgrounds, etc.; we honestly don’t need to drive to get anything we need
Rent and fees:
- $3,340/month rent
- Utilities around $100/month
- Parking: $100/month (garage, optional)
Pets:
- Up to 2 pets allowed
- $50/month per pet
- No pet deposit required (already paid by us)
Internet:
- Comcast or Starry available
