I made a free Chrome extension to stop Chrome from randomly resizing windows
Every time I opened a new Chrome window, it was slightly bigger than the last one and shifted down and to the right. So I built a fix.

May be especially useful on HiDPI displays with 125% scaling where the issue seems worse. Hope it helps someone else too.
