To anyone who couldn't get a ticket from pre-sale: has anyone had any luck refreshing Ticket master?

I've been refreshing for the Tampa show every 10 seconds multiple times a day for 10-15 minutes at a time and still nothing. Checking if anyone's had success with this or if i'm cooked and should try a different method.
