Hello po, I am asking po for budget friendly (or most suited) tire recommendations po kasi magpapalit na ako kaso di ko alam what is the best for highways/city/provincial environment (I live in cavite po and always use the car for roadtrip to both the north and south)

My car is Mazda 3 2020 hatchback, 215/45 R18. Current tire ko po is bluearth-gt Ae51.

I was offered Westlake po sa isang napagtanungan ko kaso I read that the grip is not good po and comfort is questionable. Tho some says it is good and doesn't see any difference.
