In my opinion, people who memorised information regarding more than 16 chapters were not met with questions asked about these topics in the MJ v1. I think Cambridge should be changing the paper 4 structure into a diagnosis of diseases kind of format, and completely removing plants and making a separate syllabus for them, because people taking biology mostly want to study human biology and not plants.
