So I bought this tube of concealer 62 days ago, online, when ulta had a 20% off coupon. I didnt need it at the time, i just bought it to stock up. I just went to use it yesterday....the black neck of the tube was somehow not connected in any way. concealer went everywhere! I was so upset, it even ruined my shirt. Since I bought it so long ago, and this is a manufacturing issue, I called nars. And was I disappointed Because I bought it at a store, not them directly, they cant help me. Ridiculous. They tell me to call ulta. Ulta says, Sorry, since its over 60 days, no refund for me. ​I am wondering if anyone has any advice on how to handle this situation? If no advice, please reccomend a dupe for nars liquid concealer? I think this company lost a customer. Thanks!
