2 offers from two very drastic industries. Which one would you choose?

I’ve been trying to get out of my helpdesk role for couple months. Due to God’s miracle, I managed to land an offer from two companies. Both are FT salaried positions

Company A: AI startup that has lots of support from big named companies. They’re growing extremely fast so things are a bit chaotic. Responsiveness has been good however

- Pay: $85k, equity + signing bonus

- I am 80% sure it’s hybrid, 3 days onsite

- Office located in busy a part of a major city (traffic). I am expecting 30+ minutes for commute

- Vertical move, with a clear engineering title

- Hiring manager was 8/10

Company B: Big manufacturing company in S&P500. I already work in manufacturing IT, so I am already familiar with the industry. No recorded lay-offs in this company and it’s known for being old-school but extremely stable.

- Pay: $80k

- On-site 5 days

- 15 minute commute, no traffic

- Later move, similar title

- Hiring manager was 10/10

- salary, but offers overtime

Personally, I am leaning more towards company A due to the hybrid schedule and the title bump. I also want to experience other industries other than manufacturing. But at this point, they are both great companies that have the polar opposite pros/cons (one is stable, one is a tech startup). My family thinks I am crazy for leaning on company A (especially in the current job market) so it makes me doubt my choice. What would you choose?
