Yuka 24 upgrade failure
After support using remote access to try and resolve this issue, the latest reply is as follows
"Hello, we apologize for contacting you again. We've discovered that the update failure was due to damage to the driver board, causing some modules to fail to be detected during the firmware upgrade, ultimately resulting in the update failure. If you need and are willing, we recommend that you send your device to our repair center for repair to ensure it performs at its best.
By the way, have you encountered any other problems while using your device?"
Now in a quandary as guarantee runs out in July, the robot works in a stop start mode, and i don't want to send it away when needed to control the garden
Any suggestions welcome
