Anyone with deep infiltrating Endo in the uterosacral ligaments?

Hi! I’m 27F
After struggling for years with painful periods, and last two years only got worse, severe cramps ALL MONTH , fatigue, pain during sex, irregular cycles, and pelvic pain, I finally found a new doc because my previous said I was just anxious.
He immediately said I have endo.
I had a pelvic MRI with contrast. I was so scared because I read that 90% it won’t show in the MRI.

The MRI showed mild deep infiltrating Endometriosis involving the uterosacral ligaments behind the uterus (more prominent on the left side), but no bowel or bladder involvement. It also showed a polycystic appearance of my right ovary (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome)

Does anyone else have the same ? Did birth control worked?
I started Yasmin before the MRI for symptom management, and the first couple of weeks have been emotionally and physically intense (headaches, breast pain, mood changes, fatigue), but I’m hoping things improve once my body adjusts

What are your thoughts?

I just don’t know how the symptoms will disappear.
I have back pain that goes down my legs (nerve pain) and it’s from endo.
Also the cramps all month etc.
