Super excited to be moving to ST. Louis in the fall for school at WashU, and part of what sold me on grad school there was the city. Absolutely have loved everytime I visited. I'm moving, having previously lived in Chicago. And my fiance and I would love to find something similar to Chicago's Bronzeville or Pilsen neighborhoods (i.e., diverse, solid food or coffee options, etc). We stayed in Benton Park and drove through Cherokee St. just briefly. Any suggestions on where to go or where not to go? Preciate yall!

To other Crown Family School students: has anybody heard any updates from the Kiphart Global Scholars program? Got an email that we would hear back by today (April 27, 2026).
