Close Quarter Menace Protocol (purple protocol):
Grants % Skill intensity and weapon damage when there are enemies within 20 meters.

Is this protocol even working? the icon does not pop-up even when im closer than 20 meters, my damage weapon and skill does not change.

anyone can help by confirming this?
