Maybe it might help someone :) I had a discovery by accident ! I wanted to lose weight so I made 3 changes: started seriously tracking my hydration (water or lemon water only, 2.5l daily), totally cut sugar (apart from some fruit), but most importantly massively increased protein intake at every meal - but seriously increased it!!

Haven't had a migraine since I started this, no headache, nothing ! And I am a chronic migraine sufferer.

I think it really stabilised my sugar and my brain was dehydrated and lacking protein.

To avoid confusion, i am also on candesartan 8mg, epitomax 100mg and botox injections so heavy treatment but until now i was on 10 triptans per month and some sort of daily pain relief.

Just thought it might be worth sharing :)
