Are companies still expecting raw machine coding without AI help in interviews?
Lately I’ve been feeling a bit of AI fatigue. At work we use AI heavily for debugging, boilerplate, architecture suggestions, even small implementations.
So I was wondering, for people who recently gave machine coding rounds/interviews:
Are companies still expecting completely raw coding like old days?
Do they allow AI suggestions/tools in remote rounds?
How are you guys practicing now? Pure DSA + LLD + handwritten code, or AI-assisted practice?
Would love to hear real recent experiences from seniors and fellow devs.
