Posting for my cousin (30M). He’s a maths graduate who spent years preparing for banking/SSC exams. He has cleared multiple written stages and reached interviews, but couldn’t convert final selections.

Now he’s:
- Mentally exhausted and low on confidence
- Has strong aptitude/maths skills
- Weak in communication/interviews
- Needs to start earning ASAP

Looking for realistic career options (3–6 months transition) where his skills can be used.

What should he do?
- Job roles he can target quickly
- Courses/certifications worth doing (if any)
- How to improve communication fast
- Whether MBA makes sense at this stage
