I’m currently looking for a 1 bed / 1 bath apartment in Boulder, and wow… the prices seem pretty crazy. I wanted to hear other people’s opinions on the current rental market here, is this normal?

Also, I’ve noticed that for some properties, I can barely find any reviews online. Is that common in Boulder? Where do you usually look for reliable apartment reviews or experiences before signing a lease?
