Terrible support
Support is nonexistent. I tried to email twice since I couldn't get recordings to occur and 3 days later receive no reply at all. SD cards in the camera wouldn't format. Tried 3 brands and 3 sizes. I subsided to the cloud storage but couldn't load the devices into the subscription, so I have now cancelled that. A 1TB SD card does work in the Mini Hub and it records about 2/3 of the events. It identifies more events but there is no recording to access. On 30 day return with them and if I don't hear back they can have back the $800 of product I bought from them. Setting up security for someone needing an order of protection. Not feeling so secure with Reolink product and zero support.
