HI! I want to be able to pull higher but I don't quite get the technique, I notice that I "go to the bar" in the last part of the Upper part of the rep wich i think is not correct technique to be able to pull higher, i'm currently working on weighted pull ups (15kg for 3 reps at the moment)

The idea is to be able to do better muscle ups in the future so i want to be able to get as high (pun no intendeed) as I can.................................

Any advice? Thanks!
