I [26M] started my career in IT at 21. So far, I have worked in 2 companies & working in 1 now. I've been there in my first company for 1y 3m then I switched to another company where I worked for 3y 2m and now, i'm working at 3rd for almost 9m. I've thought of preparing now & switch another after completion in a year in 3rd company. I actually didn't see a much growth in my 3rd that didn't explain that I'm not working properly. This job is like doing a same thing again & again in their internal product. so, i didn't see much growth. I'm planning to prepare by using the next three months & starting the job search after that. In my total 5 years of experience, there were 2 switches already. Is it okay to switch another company now in this short span of time?

Actually I'm looking for a mattresses. There are multiple options in my budget. I see lot of positive reviews on grid mattress & airboost mattress. My main preferences are less heat while sleeping & posture maintain. Both mattresses are offering the same & meeting my expectations. Since duroflex is well known brand here, i'm thinking of choosing it. Before buying, i just want to know the experiences of the users who are using it now & let me know if it worth buying options.
