Title explains it.
I have a 7,1 which two AMD 6900’s and a 580x but my Mac uses the 580x by default in most operations if not otherwise changed manually in specific softwares (Davinci Resolve for example).

I’ve heard that maybe the default priority is based on which PCIe slot itself connected to, is there any truth to that? Anyone have any insights?

What are workflow tips or business practices that take your session/client experience to the next level in terms of consistency, quality, and etc.?

Looking for small things that can add up, a few of mine are having good naming conventions, media on a separate drive from Resolve & cached media, and exporting a copy of the project after every break in a session.
