I recently got into iems after I started becoming frustrated at feeling headphones on my ears. I purchased the Wan'er SG from Tangzu and after about a month of use I have fallen in love with them.

My question now is where do I go next?

I've seen a lot of suggestions for dacs but with how many exist, I'm not sure which is right for my use. I exclusively use the iems at my desktop, so the dac doesn't have to be portable.

Also what kind of ear tips should I get? My ear canals tend to start sweating after about 20 to 30 minutes of use and it causes the silicone tips to slip out somewhat. I've read that foam ear tips can help mitigate this, but again there are so many that it's kinda hard to decide what's best.
