Hello, I remember that once, when you sent a ticket to Riot Support about players who were intentionally losing games, Riot would respond and actually ban them. I've recently sent four tickets about players who were simply running towards enemy towers, intentionally losing matches, and I haven't received any response. I haven't received any notification about these players being banned, and after checking with op.gg, they're still playing and trolling as if nothing had happened. Is sending a ticket to Riot Support no longer worthwhile?
