Anyone know how to remove bubble mixture?

I've tried soaking, stain remover, nothing seems to take it out?

I put the clothes in looking clean and they came out covered in these grayish looking stains all over them!

I know its bubbles because I've washed clothes that she has used bubbles with and clothes she hasn't together and the ones she hasn't come out fine!
