Linking my own thread I made 3 weeks ago, when Historic Pauper was announced in the event schedule for MWM this week. Arena dev team truly delivered with a nice ban list that made the event super fun. This was the best version of this MWM format I've seen so far and I saw some really interesting builds and I have so many other ideas for what I want to make next time it comes around.

The only thing that is missing from the Historic Pauper format in Arena is a PERMANENT QUEUE (with Bo3). I would love nothing more than one of the most diverse and popular formats to get a place in arena so we can play so many of these amazing and creative decks. I said the only thing missing, but I will add also something akin to a Pauper Masters or Pauper Anthology set to inject some of the missing cards from paper that would really help make the format even better!

Also, as a personal thing, why is it so hard to get common wildcards? I'm completely out from just crafting decks for pauper MWM events and it's a slog to get more even when I'm playing a bunch of drafts and cracking tons of packs. You can't buy any, you don't get any free ones from opening packs like the other 3, you get none from vaults and it's not like you're guaranteed any when opening packs (as far as I can tell). Can we get something to turn an uncommon wildcard into 3x common wildcards (vault progress rate from duplicates)?

I've had a lot of ups and downs in the format, got to 6-3 a bunch of times but always picked up a bunch of losses to converge decks. This one was no different, only loss was to another bullshit pile that somehow had [[Resonating Lute]], [[Together as One]] and [[Mathemagics]] as a finisher. Really the only thing I dislike about this format is how often you end up playing against converge decks that somehow have a large number of the best pieces for the deck. I have found when white is open, I just hit the lane because Lorehold and Silverquill are quite easy to make solid decks with.

That said, [[Moment of Reckoning]] is a completely unreasonable card and I have probably lost to it more than any other single card and this deck would not have been as successful without it.
