Ive been training for at least 1.5 years (i know it may not look like it 😅), but recently ive noticed that even while doing overhead tricep movements, later in the day i feel it more on the medial head. And im starting to notice that its rather developed when im trying to grow the long head. Is there a particular exercise that can bias more to the long head or is it simply that its being done wrong. It almost feels like it bulges too much visually depending on the angle. Am I supposed to lock or not the elbows, is it the arm angle, the type of grip, or is it something that is not really important?
