Joe overcame Mary as my most dificult Legendary Wolf yet, he was more fun however, but Holly molly does he has some unnecesary hard things to get over to play him well or keep in mind, I must also admit that most of my climps where from bad Krausers who climbed way too quickly carried by the character simplicity without bothering to learn how to play the game fundamentals, allowing me a lot of win streak bonuses (If you got steam rolled by a bad Krauser on Gold/Platinum Joe has avenged you).

Hopefully Joe gets a couple of fixes, his Tiger Kick getting a slightly bigger brake window on wiff, his Light Punch Light Kick linking into Heavy punch, His close HP feint link into crouching HP being able to combo into huracane upper, his Golden Tatsumaki being 2 or 3 frames more + on HIT or that it vacuums like it does on block so he is not weak to four frame mashers since his far jab is 6 frames, and the worst of all his far HP being soooo bad on crouchers that not only does it hits 1 frame too late to combo on crouchers from his close HP (or make close HP stand the opponent so the combo doesn't drop at least), but also, somehow, if the Close HP counter hits a crouching opponent they are wiffed completely if the opponent was crouching.

His excecution is also surprisingly very hard but damn he is so fun to play, anyway, 49% winrate with 333 battles for legendary wolf is not bad, I take suggestions for who is next while I wait for Robert... I mean Mr. Karate

So, Finally had enough time to do a full play of Wolve's Destiny, and damn do the plot thickens, before starting DO NOT KEEP READING IF YOU HAVE NOT PLAYED unless you don't care about spoilers, then do as you please.

#Episode releases

First of all, My theory on the chapters cadence, By the screen space it seems like the story will be divided in 4 volumes of chapters, and we just got the first one, by this there are two ways that are likely to be released;

First would be 1 every 2 months (Every second DLC character, to match the schedule content of season 2 and the promised on release season 3.

Second would be 1 every mid season, as of the mines seems to hint we will get 3 more lining up with the remaining Volumes, some of this minings having characters very involved in the plot a bit away, and around Krauser release on this season.

#Kain new resolve

Finally we have absolute confirmation that Grant did died on Kain Arcade ending, with a literal tombstone none the less and Vox saying as much, as expected Kain is not taking this all too well, and even more by the last 3 chapters where we see how now he is even going down into darkness no longer looking at Rock as a person but rather as the end of all means after Krauser revealed the meaning of the Jin Scrolls, His nuances can either increase while making him a more evil character or just fully making him the evil guy people was assuming he was from Mark of the Wolves.

Billy was clearly never gonna fill Geese Shoes, and this is shown now with the henchmen defeated by Krauser asking for Geese Help not Billy even if he was the boss now, hopefully he bounces back or is backed into a corner further following Kain Schemes.

#Krauser Now I wish he returns, again.

We have new expanded lore with Krauser directly saving Kain life as a child, and now Kain returning the favor by shattering that innocence Kain had in symbolism with Krauser watch, unlike Krauser beating Kain, it seems like Kain spares Krauser life, but in the epiloge of the last chapter he seems to be missing, probably the next batch of chapters is Kain darkness and influence raising for a Krauser return on the third batch, for now he arrived, renounced House Stroheim and sadly lost to Kain new resolve, I wish we get more of his alternative ending, he comes back again with more vigor or that the alternative ending is so picked by the fans that SNK surprises us with it becoming the cannon one (maximum Hopium on this last one)

So apparently Mr. BIG has been doing a campaign against both Kain and Billy (Geese organization) this whole time, he bet on Krauser to win this depending on your route either out of desperation or as a business man assuming Krauser would win, that from his perspective makes sense, he only knew Kain for years as this half willing leader still affected for months about his friend death and maybe softer after having Marie back, on his perspective it made sense that Krauser would win, but oh boy, apparently he had to go into hiding after realizing things went South in the Town, I need more of him and Gao in the future chapters.

...ok on a serious note he is so cool, Hotaru and Gato arcade endings sold me so little on a character with such a cool design, glad to see this game mode came in swinging hard to make this shift around, he grew up as my most wanted character now that Krauser is here.

#Finally, Rock

Rock is not the main focus of the story but he is the main goal of it, he is no longer gonna be able to see Marie, his perspective of Kain shifting completely as the person he saw as better than what people told him suddenly became said monster, Terry not wanting Rock to be involved without knowing everything will involve Rock, and finally, the one who extend his hand in help is no other than Franz (Krauser son) himself on a cliffhanger ending yet, Franz is datamined all the way to season 4* so by the time he makes the raid squad to take on Kain it might be a bit too late, I so want to see what come next that I had to make this post.

By far my quickest character starting from Diamond 1 like all the others, but Krauser is just so simple that the 3 weeks it took me to learn optimal Mary neutral it took me an hour for Krauser whole toolbox.

He is a very fun character, but he is just a Train, he crushes anything on it's way when he already started, but has the flexibility and slow start of a Traain when pressured.

Anyway, this was so quick that I have time for another Legendary Wolf before Mr. Karate, ¿any sugestions?

They made a big deal not showing Robert on Marco ending, along this the plot seems to be pointing towards something Big happening in South Town along all the returning Villains and Kain (Please play Wolves Destinies for the context), which involves Franz (Krauser son) recruiting people apparently after Krauser renounced House Stroheim to declare independent war on South Town around the time Robert and Yuri would take a Trip to see a important high profile individual.

With this there is the speculations, as the first Time we saw the Mask was on a Yuri kidnapping and Takuma using the Tengu mask to fight Ryo, are we getting a repeat?

I am hoping is not another Yuri Kidnap, Rock faced Robert on a mountain on his trip (Minor Wolves Destinies spoiler), and Robert seems to keep a more cheerful misdemeanor, but damn the curve ball makes me speculate too much

This is a bit late than the last two featured tournaments but busy day, The tournament however I wish everyone who watched the high tension plays (and drops), cheered like Poongko on his win for Loser semi finals, and the swift revenge of Xiaohai on Laggia (if you kept taps on it).

If you are a Gato player, there is LOTS of high damage optimizations and combos here along life lessons on timing.

But in the end, Xiaohai not only came prepared for the high tiers but Billy also has food match ups against the common suspects keeping Gatos and Preachas away for the crushing wins, this was an interesting watch even if not as Hype as other events.

This was probably my hardest Character yet, Mary is hard to get down, and mistakes are very punishing, it wasn't until I did some big time labing that I found her myriad of framtraps, set ups from her 3 hit grabs and gimmicks that I climbed
