So currently I’m an financial associate analyst at an IT firm. I absolutely detest the work… my colleagues are good, my office is close to home and I can do WFH anytime but the work is so mind numbing and not related to what I studied at all.
And the worst part is that it is a small team so we have to work overtime without pay a lot of days because it’s India. Not to mention the stupidly low salary even though I understand it’s an entry level job right out of college I really want to switch as fast as possible, please let me know what I should do since I have no one to help me with this. Any and all advice appreciated.
